This sample package contains an NCR 3 part copy of 28 a different construction contracting forms. For use by contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and materials suppliers. Each of these snap out forms contains blanks to fill in all necessary information required by law, in addition to explanatory information for the customer. Copies are for service upon the customer, as required and for the filing (ie 3 part). The file copy contains vital information on its back side concerning the use and application of the form and the user's obligations. |
