Use this form to request information about books that you did not find on our website. Please complete this form and click the Send Request button. Please note that this form is NOT an order form. This form is only for information for books not found on our website. See the bottom of this page for complete information.
How to Request Books This Book Request page (and the Express Order page) can be used to request order information about books that do not appear on our web site. This isn't an order form - after we receive this information, we will research the books and provide you with their pricing and availability. Like the shopping cart, however, you can add items to it, navigate around our site or other web sites, and return to this form to add items to it as you need to. Note that this form, as well as the shopping cart, 'expires' after 20 minutes of inactivity on our site - so don't be gone for too long! If you have the ISBN numbers for the books you are interested in, use the Express Order page to validate your ISBN numbers. Otherwise, complete as much of the information above as you have about each book. If you are sure of the ISBN number, you can leave the other fields blank. When we receive your Book Request form, we'll research their cost and availability and provide you with that information. Only after you've reviewed this information and confirmed your intent to order these items will we ship the items to you. If you have any questions about requested books, please call or email our Customer Service staff or your Corporate Account representative. To send your request, click on the Send Request button located at the top and bottom of the form. If you've made changes to the form but are not yet ready to send it to us, click the Update Form button to save your changes - you can then navigate to other web pages or web sites. |
